I launched the gentle and lowly co. Podcast in 2023 as an extension of gentle and lowly co., to create a space for honest, joy-filled conversations about following Jesus in the everyday—through friendship, calling, waiting, and worship.

Each episode is shaped by prayer, rooted in Scripture, and full of laughter, reflection, and real-life moments. It’s a place where deep friendship forms, where we remember the joy of the Gospel together, and where young adults (and those young at heart) are encouraged to run their race with hope.

The podcast is the place where I (Addie) share an impromptu conversation about the ways I am learning, and listening to God - all filled with lots of laughter - as I navigate the daily twists and turns of life while following Jesus, especially as a young adult. I pray these conversations will help you remember the joy following Jesus brings, and encourage you to remember and reflect the Gospel wherever you’re at. Meet Your Host, Addie Ott, your New Best Friend (Plus, Kodak 🐾)

I am an author, multidisciplinary creative, and entrepreneur. I design and create solutions through a variety of mediums. I am constantly seeking adventure and travel along with my camera in hand. My hope is to create a new perspective of the natural beauty our world is filled with. I have been studying photography since high school and every time I pick up my camera I remember what a gift it is. It is a gift to capture the moments where God is active and working right before our eyes. Through photography, videography, design, writing, podcasting, and marketing; it is my heart to highlight God’s activity whether it be here at home through collaborating with local businesses and ministries, serving in outreach initiatives, or across the globe on the missions field.

I enjoy sharing the adventures large and small that happen every day with the goal of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to inspire and encourage new adventures of your own between you and God. I believe gentle and lowly co. is a way I am able to continue carrying the gentle love of Jesus in my everyday life as a curated clothing brand designed to encourage people, like you, to “carry the gentle love of Jesus, wherever you go.”. I am excited about this journey we are on together with Jesus.

When I’m not working you can find me enjoying a meal at Chick-Fil-A, enjoying the company of family and friends, or outside with my dog Kodak.
